Service Description

🌟 Give Your Child the Lifelong Gift of Emotional Regulation and Well-being 🌟 What will my child be doing? - Mindfulness: Introduction to meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, and more. - Sensory Circuits: Engaging sports and team-building games at the start of each session. - Neuroscience: Understanding the "fight or flight" response and what happens in the brain. - Coping Strategies: Exploring both positive and negative strategies, along with consequences. - Emotional Literacy/Intelligence: Worksheets and activities like emotion charades, conscience alley, and various games. - Zones of Regulation: Learning about emotional states and self-regulation. - Basic Behavioural Psychology: Understanding fundamental principles of behaviour. - Philosophy: Exploring philosophical concepts and critical thinking. - Intro to CBT and DBT: Basic insights into journaling, thoughts, feelings, behaviours, de-escalation strategies, triggers, and setting events. - Lego-Based Therapy: Using LEGO for creative and therapeutic group activities. - Yoga: Incorporating yoga for physical and mental well-being. - Weekly Well-being Topic: Providing essential knowledge about mental health, self-care, and overall well-being, covering a different subject each week. These activities offer a holistic approach to building emotional resilience and well-being among young people who attend the sessions. There are only 12 places available!
